It's possible to import flights without GPS tracks with a simple "csv" file.
The file format is Parawing site export file format.
The file must contain seventeen fields, filled or not.

Launching conditions [used in Comment]

If the last field "Take off time" is empty, Logfly put 12:00
Header row is not required.
If you use Excel, don't put delimiters and each entry must be separated by a semi-colon.
